Job Summary
Supervise a team of production workers in a Weston, WI facility to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. Lead staffing decisions (interviewing and hiring), implement and monitor training plans, ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, and SSOP requirements, manage daily operations, evaluate performance, resolve conflicts, and enforce cost controls. Oversee production paperwork, inventory control, and communication across peers and leadership. Drive process improvements, develop team leads, and ensure FIFO across perishable products. Must model and reinforce food safety and quality standards and support a Safe, Quality Foods (SQF) program.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing
- 1+ year lead/ supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to organize and prioritize in a multi-tasking environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
