Production Supervisor

Oversee a 10-person sorting, processing, and packaging operation by scheduling inventory, receiving goods, and coordinating outbound shipments. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all documentation submitted to office personnel while maintaining safety standards throughout the facility. Manage housekeeping of production and storage areas, and handle repair and maintenance of all machinery and equipment. Collaborate with subordinates to complete assigned tasks and analyze information consistently to meet established timelines. Requires 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
