Job Summary
Production Supervisor for a 12-hour weekend shift (Fri-Sun, 6am-6pm) at the Memphis, TN facility. Lead a large assembly team, manage recruitment and retention, develop training curricula, coach Machine Support staff, drive performance against operational metrics, and coordinate line moves and production builds. Requires hands-on supervision in an engineering-influenced manufacturing setting with expertise in SPC, DFx (DFM/DFT), DOE, line balancing, and continuous improvement initiatives; strong communication and leadership capabilities are essential to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; 3+ years of experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with technical assembly environment and processes
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
