Production Supervisor 1 CR (10pm a 6am L-V) (Temporal 12 meses)

Coordinate production tasks for assigned assemblers, plan monthly production, and generate frequent reports to support decision-making and target compliance. Monitor operator adherence to MPI standards, verify quality control records, and manage corrective actions during internal and external audits. Facilitate necessary tools and materials, conduct weekly performance meetings, and provide monthly performance feedback via assessment cards. Ensure all training remains current and support occupational health regulations while participating in cross-functional CSPO teams to drive strategic objectives.
