Job Summary
Direct production operations and personnel across multiple departments to meet established quality and cost standards. Manage shift schedules, requisition materials, and resolve grievances to ensure production continuity. Coordinate with plant functions to optimize output and productivity while selecting, training, and motivating the labor force. Recommend improvements in production flow, methods, and equipment to eliminate operating problems. Counsel supervisors on job performance and departmental efficiencies. Requires minimum 2 years of directly related experience and willingness to work day shift. Base salary $90,005.00 - $109,356.30.
Required Qualifications

- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience
- High School Diploma (GED) required
- Knowledge of USDA regulations
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of supervisory training experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
