Production Superintendent

Manage day-to-day production and operational activities to ensure safe, efficient plant runs and high-quality frac sand output. Supervise personnel through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance counseling while enforcing HR and HSE policies. Coordinate with the Production Manager on long- and short-term plant objectives, prepare daily and weekly production reports, and initiate corrective actions for process malfunctions. Operate production machinery, assist maintenance technicians, and perform routine inspections for wear and failures. Engage in proactive communication with the supervisory team and production staff to address irregularities. Work independently in a plant environment with exposure to inclement weather, adhering to PPE and safety protocols. Requires three years of sand plant experience and one year supervising production personnel.
