Job Summary
Develop, plan, and direct the work of production and manufacturing supervisors to ensure cost-effective, quality product output. Monitor production cripples and losses, maintain a safe working environment, and participate in accident investigations. Promote positive employee relations and ensure compliance with all company policies, including EEO, safety, and Sarbanes Oxley standards. Perform shift supervisor duties as necessary and fulfill work schedules and attendance policies as directed by management. Requires five years of manufacturing experience and a college degree.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience
- Associate or higher college degree
- Completion of formal management skills training program
