Job Summary
Direct production operations and personnel across multiple departments to meet quality and cost standards while managing shift schedules, material requisitions, and equipment maintenance. Coordinate with plant functions to ensure output productivity, train and motivate the labor force, and counsel supervisors on performance and efficiencies. Recommend improvements in production flow, methods, and machinery to eliminate operating problems and enhance product quality. Ensure effective use of operating procedures to maintain on-time manufacture of quality products.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work night shift
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience
- High School Diploma (GED) required
- Knowledge of USDA regulations
- Strong diplomacy and communication skills
- Verification of employment eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of supervisory training experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
