Production Superintendent

Job Summary
Oversee 2nd Shift production operations to meet the production plan with focus on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Provide 2nd Shift leadership to guide personnel, coordinate with Materials, Quality, HR, Finance, and Engineering, and ensure staff training and certification for operations. Maintain machinery and equipment in good condition, support departments as needed, monitor KPIs and scrap, and ensure compliance with EHS, ISO 9015, material handling, and safety policies. Drive lean manufacturing practices (5S+1, one-piece flow, Kan Ban) and continuous improvement while sustaining a positive work environment. Strong communication and leadership skills, plus English proficiency, are required to lead a high-performing manufacturing team.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree (engineering or related)
- Experience in a similar position (5 years)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of the English language
