Job Summary
Oversee daily production operations for plywood and engineered wood products, managing manufacturing practices, equipment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate accounting, purchasing, engineering, and employee relations while facilitating change and growth within the team environment. Lead a management-level function requiring strong analytical and communication skills to service the entire United States market. Requires seven years of manufacturing experience and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Forestry, or Wood Science.
