Job Summary
Stock shelves, bag and seal roasted coffee, and pick customer orders with 100% accuracy using packing lists and invoices. Load and unload trucks, check deliveries for accuracy, and maintain clean production areas. Drive a non-CDL box truck or van 75% of the time while performing production duties 25% of the time. Lift up to 75 lbs regularly and assist with heavier loads. Follow standard operating procedures and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (some days until 5:30 PM), with overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driving license
- Ability to pass DMV driving review
- Acceptance by our insurance carrier to drive our company vehicles
- Ability to drive a non-cdl box truck or van
- Ability to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and push 150lbs waist high, assisted
- Ability to bend
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to reach above shoulder
- Ability to do a repetitive motion
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the day
