Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintaining the health and safety of employees. Manages manufacturing metrics and shop floor performance while conducting necessary audits. Conducts employee communication meetings and tracks training for all hourly employees. Initiates actions to prevent nonconformities and ensures production flow by eliminating bottlenecks. Responsible for staffing shifts with qualified employees and coordinating with Gate House Attendant regarding absences.
