Job Summary
Production Specialist / Doughnut Maker at Krispy Kreme responsible for preparing, producing, and processing Krispy Kreme doughnuts and related products according to company recipes, quality standards, and production schedules. Operates production equipment, prepares ingredients, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and ensures products meet Krispy Kreme quality expectations. Supports shop operations through teamwork, attention to detail, and delivering fresh, high-quality products to guests. Responsibilities include doughnut production, equipment operation, food safety compliance, shop operations support, cleaning and sanitation, physical tasks, and following detailed recipes and procedures across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous food production, bakery, manufacturing, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to read, write, and identify numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to safely operate production equipment and follow safety procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
