Job Summary
Monitor WIP, track material movement, maintain dashboards, and ensure production orders progress according to plan. Support daily operational reviews, follow up with teams to drive closure, and execute transactions within BAAN ERP, Flex Flow, and MES systems. Maintain inventory accuracy through reconciliation, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations while developing KPI reports on aging, backlog, and throughput performance. Shift runs 12:00pm to 9:00pm Monday through Friday. This role supports the WIP Supervisor across server repair operations at Flex's Memphis, TN facility.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, inventory control, production control, repair operations, logistics, or materials management
