Job Summary
Run functional tests, log outcomes, and inspect incoming materials while performing physical tests and reviewing inspection results. Operate selective or wave solder machines, prepare printed circuit boards, and execute manual assembly tasks using simple machines and hand tools. Enter and extract data in computers, complete paperwork, and set up work stations following explicit instructions and industry standards for solder connections. Maintain a neat work area and actively promote safety practices throughout the shift. This onsite role in Watertown, South Dakota, supports Spartronics' production of high-reliability products for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets.
Required Qualifications
- Must be ITAR Compliant
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee
- No visa sponsorship available
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Able to lift 40 pounds with or without accommodation
- Ability to read, write and comprehend spoken work instructions in English
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be available for onsite work in Watertown, South Dakota
- Must be available for 1st Shift hours: Monday-Thursday - (5am-3pm)
- Must be available for overtime on Fridays if expected
