Job Summary
Manage Lytx vehicle compliance by assigning and monitoring vehicles, closing out coaching events, and coordinating camera installations. Track BrightPath training data for new hires, input incident data, and maintain vehicle inspection logs. Order PPE inventory and coordinate facility maintenance for electrical, plumbing, and waste management services. Oversee vendor scheduling for disposal and verify snow service partner compliance during winter. Provide general administrative support to the Branch Manager. Requires 3–5 years of operational experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Based in Sacramento with a salary of $30–34.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative, operational, or compliance support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Experience within a service, construction, or landscape environment
- Experience managing data entry, safety documentation, or fleet/compliance programs
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
