Production Specialist

Job Summary
Operate metal fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, and cutting machines to produce roofing components per specifications. Read work orders, blueprints, and measurements to ensure accuracy, then inspect finished products for quality and compliance. Maintain and troubleshoot machinery while adhering to all safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE. Assist with inventory management by receiving, organizing, and tracking materials, and operate warehouse equipment to load and unload goods. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, verifying order contents and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Full-time Monday through Friday position starting at 7am with flexibility for overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or building supply industry
- Ability to operate fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong mechanical skills and understanding of basic measurements and tolerances
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
- Commitment to providing an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective verbal and written communication and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to consistently work early morning hours
