Job Summary
Conduct daily insect husbandry and production tasks while handling live insects safely and responsibly. Perform quality control inspections throughout the process, operate basic equipment like tape guns and packaging tools, and maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas. Follow established production procedures, safety protocols, and facility readiness standards to support efficient workflow and meet daily goals. Work in hot, humid, and dusty conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive motions. This role supports the company's core operations in insect farming for the pet industry, emphasizing reliability, safety, and long-term team stability.
