Production Specialist - Manufacturing

Job Summary
Operate production equipment and assemble molecular diagnostic products according to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom standards. Accurately complete batch records, report deviations, and monitor environmental conditions using calibrated equipment. Safely handle raw materials, reagents, and waste in accordance with established safety procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows and on-time delivery. Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Science, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good command of English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and production documentation is preferred
