Job Summary
Provide effective technical support to processes by resolving client issues, field incoming help requests via telephone and/or email, document end-user information and problem details, update availability in the RAVE system, track and resolve queries per SLA, utilize internal knowledge bases, identify product details to aid troubleshooting, maintain self-help resources, escalate serious issues to the Team Leader when needed, ensure product disclosures are provided, deliver excellent customer service through diagnosis and step-by-step guidance, troubleshoot client queries and guide users through product features, log interactions and follow up to ensure contract/SLAs are met, and participate in product trainings to stay current.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory Skills: Medical Info & Product Support(PQCM)
- Experience: 1-3 Years
