Job Summary
Production Specialist L1 at Wipro provides technical support to processes and resolves client issues directly or via escalation to meet SLAs. Responsibilities include handling inbound help requests via phone/email, documenting user information and issues, updating availability in the RAVE system, recording and tracking queries, following standard processes to resolve queries, ensuring compliance with SLAs, using internal knowledge bases, learning product details to assist troubleshooting, analyzing call logs to identify trends, maintaining self-help documents, escalating red flags to the Team Leader, ensuring product information is disclosed to clients, and delivering excellent customer service through diagnosis and step-by-step guidance. The role also involves troubleshooting client queries, logging interactions, offering alternative solutions to retain clients, organizing communications effectively, performing timely follow-ups, and participating in product trainings to stay current with features and updates; locations hint from scraper: Noida.
