Job Summary
Perform washer functions by placing cylinders on conveyer belts, sorting, removing sleeves, and peeling labels. Dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations while completing paint line operations including loading tank hangers and applying paint. Operate shot blast, tare weight entry, capper, and stacker equipment. Manually check for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions during cylinder refurbishment and stack finished product. Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the process. Some positions require lifting 35 pounds repeatedly in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Possess integrity and a good work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable
- Ability to work overtime, as required
- Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
- Applicants must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to lift 40 lb. propane cylinders
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and in all weather conditions
