Job Summary
As a Production Specialist, you will sort, inspect, and stock donated items, price items for the sales floor, and prioritize safety while following Agency safety policies. The role requires basic mathematical and literacy skills, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule. Previous experience or certification in light manufacturing or warehouse work is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Possess basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job
- Be open to working a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Successfully pass a criminal background check that meets Agency standards
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work
- Prior experience in thrift or used goods processing
