Production Specialist

Develop and maintain assembly processes by evaluating specifications, reducing inefficiencies, and collaborating with Quality Engineers on root cause analysis. Drive production schedules to closure while supporting new product introductions and ensuring compliance with ISO safety regulations. Provide production-ready documentation, monitor equipment performance for minor adjustments, and clear machine difficulties under supervision. Lead team efforts in process improvements and assist operators with demonstrations and spot checks to maintain quality levels. Handle first calls on non-maintenance down issues and implement changes with manufacturing support. Requires knowledge of assembly requirements and experience with process and equipment upgrades.
