Job Summary
Assemble and pack items using appropriate materials while inspecting products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping. Process client orders accurately in the system, pick and prepare orders, and receive daily shipments to sort, stock, scan, and update reporting. Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular stock checks, move materials using forklifts or hand carts, and prepare regular reports on fulfillment metrics and client feedback. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding production status and inquiries. This role requires at least one year of experience in assembly line or material handling, proficiency with reading, writing, and computer skills, and familiarity with safety protocols. Forklift experience and UPS shipping software knowledge are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience in assembly line, material handling, shipping/receiving, customer service and/or inventory control procedures
- Must be detailed oriented
- Organized
- Proficient with reading, writing, and computer skills
- Ability to demonstrate time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a warehouse setting
- Forklift experience 1 year
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using UPS shipping software (WorldShip preferred)
- Prior Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience preferred
