Job Summary
Operate microscopes, soldering irons, hot air tools, epoxy dispensers, and automated machinery to perform precision assembly, soldering, and environmental testing of electronic components. Read and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure accurate processing, then inspect and document assembly and test results against quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. This first shift role at Microchip Technology Inc. includes on-the-job training for a facility providing solutions for satellite constellations, deep space exploration, and military systems.
Required Qualifications

- Basic computer, math, and reading comprehension skills
- High School Diploma or GED
