Job Summary
Supervise production and distribution center operations in a lean manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse environment by monitoring output, quality, and delivery requirements. Direct shift activities and processes to meet customer needs while ensuring tasks align with SOPs, safety policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Lead the team in promoting a safety culture, enforcing plant safety procedures, and executing continuous improvement and lean opportunities. Assist with training employees on operational requirements, capturing plant KPIs, and providing feedback on corrective actions. Ensure sanitation, good housekeeping, and regulatory guidelines are followed at all times. This weekend overnight shift role includes Friday to Sunday and every other Thursday hours from 5 PM to 5 AM, with a wage range of $82,000 to $98,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Associates degree
- 5 years of manufacturing and/or packaging experience

- Shift Schedule : Friday to Sunday and every other Thursday 5PM to 5AM
- Must be able to successfully clear drug screening processes
- testing for all illegal substances per Federal Guidelines
