Production Shift Supervisor (2nd Shift) - Bilingual

Job Summary
Lead and provide direction to up to 80 people per shift, including managing employee rotations, training, and breaks, to ensure work is performed safely while meeting quality specifications. Train and coach production line employees to meet food safety, human safety, and food quality standards. Coordinate production startup, shutdown, and changeovers while maintaining production records and filling daily reports. Inspect and give final sign off on all production labels when necessary. Supervise production line in accordance with established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies and procedures, assuring all work is performed in accordance with specifications. Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space. Follow production dress code standards and ensure all employees maintain good personal hygiene. Partner with Production Manager to schedule and conduct shift meetings. Work the 2nd shift (3pm - 3am) in Aurora, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience
- Good understanding of Quality Systems
- familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
- Able to stay focused in a loud working environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule

- Must understand basic mathematical concepts
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment requiring strict work/safety rules 100% of the time
- Basic computer skills
- HACCP Certification
- Able to stand for at least ten hours per day
- Use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools or controls

- Must be able to stoop, kneel or bend
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to keep eyes focused on a conveyor belt for a maximum five hours at one time
- Must be able to work in a food allergens environment
- Employee must be able to sustain environmental changes (heat, cold, dampness, and chemicals) throughout the shift
