Job Summary
Ensure teams follow safe work practices, conduct workplace inspections and audits, and address risk through thorough incident investigations. Provide leadership to multiple production lines, verify product quality and food safety requirements, and optimize equipment and processes to meet downtime and waste targets. Assign and oversee formal training, manage manpower and materials, and provide fair performance feedback to drive targets. Work any shift, including overtime and weekends, with a minimum of five years manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing environment
- minimum 2 years' experience in a Lead Hand or Supervisory role
- Experience with OSHA regulations
- Experience with HACCP
- Experience with Food GMPs
- A good grasp of inventory management
- Conduct work with integrity, abiding and upholding the Code of Conduct and Company Core Values
- Act, react and interact with respect and regard for others
- Ability to anticipate what needs to be done & commits to take ownership to ensure it gets done
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with urgency in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be an effective communicator who inspires and motivates, and creates an environment for open and trusting 2-way communication with all levels in the organization
- Must be available to work any shift
- Must be available to work overtime
- Must be available to work on weekends
