Job Summary
Lead daily injection molding operations to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production performance. Drive production performance through data-driven decision making and coordinate activities across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, and Quality teams. Oversee mold setup and changeovers to align with production schedules while promoting a safety-first culture and fostering a high-performing team. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance production flow and manufacturing efficiency. This role transitions from an 8 AM to 4 PM administrative shift to a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule for the 2nd shift. International travel will be required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or technical training in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or Automation
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, mold setup, process validation, and troubleshooting
- Proven success in driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with highly automated manufacturing systems, including robotics and digital platforms
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance
- International travel will be required

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within injection molding or highly automated environments
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality management systems like ISO 9001
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance coordination and equipment reliability strategies
- Background in plastics technology or related fields
- Strong analytical skills to identify production trends and improvement opportunities
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and automation teams
- Ability to adapt to changing business demands and operational conditions
- Proficiency in digital manufacturing systems and data-driven decision-making
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives
