Production Shift Lead

Train and supervise team members on shift while identifying maintenance issues, ordering repairs, and offering technical guidance. Inspect equipment and products for quality purposes to ensure standards are met, and maintain a clean and organized sorting area. Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets, and perform other duties as assigned by leadership. This role requires strong leadership skills, familiarity with safety procedures and PPE, and the ability to lift materials up to 85 lbs. Exposure to dust and loud noise is present, with hearing protection provided.
