Production Shift Engineer

Manage team members at the shop floor to ensure planned production, maintain quality, and uphold a safe work environment across Mixing, tread extruder, and calendar areas. Lead breakdown maintenance and equipment repairs with engineering stakeholders to minimize downtime while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Prepare shift reports on production output, equipment status, and staffing, and conduct CBT-01 checks with operators and technicians for follow-up actions. Analyze and resolve process and production problems while maintaining 5s housekeeping and floor management. Coordinate harmoniously with all stakeholders for better communication and alignment.
