Production Services Manager - Audio Visual, Event Technology

Job Summary
Lead pre-planning, logistics, resource allocation, and onsite management for large-scale production-level events at the Hilton Anatole. Collaborate with venue teams and corporate resources to execute productions while serving as the on-site point of contact for planning and site visits. Identify and train Event Services Technicians, manage in-house and third-party laborers, and source equipment to reduce costs. Create detailed production schedules, generate CAD files for staging and cable pathing, and prepare project budgets including pre-event estimates and post-event actuals. Translate client requests into holistic production visions and identify revenue opportunities. Requires strong signalflow troubleshooting, CAD proficiency, and leadership skills. Up to 10% travel required.

- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Industry experience equivalency
- Three (3) years of Technical Production experience
- Ability to interpret floor plans
- Ability to interpret three-dimension drawings
- Up to 10% travel
