Production Service Technician - Charlotte

Job Summary
Drive the company truck, perform accurate measurements, repairs, and assessments for homeowners, and assist the Production Manager on installation jobs. Maintain the vehicle, clean, and take it for service. When service duties are complete, help in the warehouse by cleaning, organizing, unloading trucks, prepping materials, and loading/unloading for installation. Provide complete client feedback and strive for 100% customer satisfaction as an ambassador for the company. Work Monday through Friday with flexible hours including some evenings and occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Self-starter who is not afraid to be assertive, take initiative and work independently
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to talk to people
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Monday through Friday position availability
- Flexible hours availability (some evenings and occasional Saturdays)
- Carpentry experience
- Trim carpentry experience
- Construction experience
- In-home renovation experience
- Ability to use a metal brake
- Computer skills
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
- Ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure
- Ability to use a level
- Ability to use a combination square
- Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
- Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Reasoning ability enabling you to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions

- Experience in Carpentry or Construction
