Job Summary
Oversee factory maintenance operations by troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical, mechanical, and MEP systems while diagnosing controls-related issues. Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, conduct regular equipment inspections, and develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Manage a team of technicians, monitor spare parts inventory, and maintain accurate records of work orders and equipment history. Collaborate with departments and the Electricity board to prioritize tasks and ensure continuous power availability. Identify cost reduction opportunities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Requires 05 years of experience in maintenance and projects; diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Maintenance& projects
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Needs to take learnings from other plants and implement in the Pune Plant
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
