Determine short- and long-term objectives for the Autonomous Manufacturing Center alongside the AMC Manager to drive productivity. Maintain general Gemba condition through 5S compliance, ensure equipment preventive maintenance is carried out on time, and lead continuous improvement activities to eliminate MUDA. Implement standardized methods of working and planning while leading APS implementation and facilitating related workshop activities. Manage safety and the work environment, ensure discipline to rules and systems, and respond appropriately to employee suggestions. Satisfy all OPI targets by delivering the right product at the right quality on time for external or internal customers. Lead and develop all manufacturing cross-functional teams to achieve policy deployment targets.
