Job Summary

Maintain and slot orders in the Master Production Schedule, sequencing production tasks across lines, work centers, and shifts while aligning with material availability, labor resources, and capacity constraints. Lead a team of schedulers and coordinators to provide performance feedback, guidance, and development opportunities, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans in response to demand fluctuations, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders to support on-time delivery. Track key performance indicators such as schedule adherence and capacity utilization using ERP and APS systems to drive process improvements and lead time reduction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or master production schedule maintenance
  • Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments
  • 0-10% travel
  • Typical work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
  • Sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role
  • Valid driver's license (implied by travel requirement and industry standard for scheduling roles)
  • Background check clearance
  • Drug test clearance
  • E-Verify eligibility
