Production Scheduling Supervisor

Job Summary
Maintain the Master Production Schedule and slot orders to sequence production across lines, work centers, and shifts while aligning with material, labor, and capacity constraints. Lead a team of schedulers by providing performance feedback, guidance, and development opportunities to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensure schedule changes are communicated to stakeholders and adjust plans in response to demand fluctuations using ERP and APS systems. Track key performance indicators such as schedule adherence and on-time delivery to drive efficiency and lead time reduction. Works typical 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with 0-10% travel. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred with 4-8 years of production scheduling experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or master production schedule maintenance
- Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
