Production Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary

Release production orders and job packets to support on-time manufacturing, then collect and reconcile completed job packets. Assist schedulers in revising orders, monitoring material availability, and tracking key performance indicators like schedule adherence and capacity utilization. Communicate schedule changes clearly to stakeholders and support cross-functional initiatives focused on lead time reduction and flow improvement. Work between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule. Report to the Senior Manufacturing Planning and Control Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Degree or GED
  • 1–3 years of experience in production, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support in a manufacturing environments
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
  • Strong attention to detail
