Job Summary
Serve as the primary customer service hub for base personnel and external customers via phone, email, and in-person support. Process and track daily work orders on a CMMS, ensuring accuracy in maintenance records, labor entries, and material transactions. Coordinate maintenance schedules and workload assignments based on customer priorities and resource availability. Support internal, customer, and government audits by providing documentation, reports, and maintenance history. Monitor open work orders and maintenance backlog, elevating potential delays to the Senior Production Scheduler. Prepare monthly deliverables, SITREPs, and operational summaries while ensuring all activities comply with contract requirements and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-3 years of experience in production scheduling, maintenance planning, work control, logistics coordination, or a related operations environment
- Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), work order management system, or similar scheduling software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time
- Ability to climb in and out of a vehicle
- Ability to go up and down stairs
- Perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time
- A valid state driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera's insurance
- Access to a federal military installation
- REAL ID-compliant driver's license or an acceptable alternative (U.S. passport or military ID)
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances
- Installation access
