Production Scheduler

Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to maximize shop efficiency while coordinating workflow across departments and technicians. Monitor project timelines to identify scheduling conflicts, prioritize jobs based on customer requirements and operational capacity, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status. Provide regular updates on scheduling, production progress, and delivery timelines, update work orders in company systems, and support material tracking and production documentation. Inspect and organize incoming vehicles, coordinate subcontractor activities, and support job handoffs between departments to ensure smooth execution. Maintain accurate records to keep the production floor organized. This role requires strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and scheduling systems, along with a valid Class 5 driver's license.
