Production Scheduler, Liquid Phase Operations

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that align with demand requirements, sequencing manufacturing orders to optimize equipment utilization and labor efficiency. Monitor production status continuously, adjusting schedules to address changing priorities, material constraints, or equipment downtime while coordinating daily priorities with manufacturing supervisors. Maintain a detailed understanding of site capacity constraints and bottlenecks, assessing the impact of labor shortages or supply disruptions to recommend recovery plans and minimize delivery risk. Partner closely with Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Materials teams to communicate schedule changes and support implementation of product transfers and engineering changes. Track schedule adherence and production execution performance, identifying recurring issues to drive corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that reduce lead times and increase schedule stability. Serve as the primary scheduling contact for manufacturing operations, providing rapid decision support when production priorities must change to balance competing priorities and maintain focus on customer commitments.
