Job Summary
Production Scheduler II is responsible for creating and managing master production and shipment schedules using JDE to integrate sales orders and work orders with master schedules, coordinating with Engineering, Sales, Production, Project Management and Shipping, and addressing capacity and material availability to meet delivery dates. Responsibilities include establishing scheduling priorities, resolving supply-demand-capacity issues, optimizing labor utilization, maintaining and communicating forecasts, aligning ERP production plans with customer requirements, generating and maintaining work orders, monitoring variances, and driving continuous improvement while adhering to GMP and SOP practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business management
- Advance knowledge of Excel
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of time management, scheduling and prioritizing
- Teamwork and team building skills
