Job Summary
Develop and manage production schedules that balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and operational efficiency. Maintain capacity templates, adjust manpower as demand dictates, and reserve capacity for short lead time orders. Coordinate schedules across multiple manufacturing areas to support on-time delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to communicate priorities and requirements. Monitor critical part availability, manage schedule updates from engineering changes or material shifts, and prepare daily status reports. Track late shipments and communicate key production updates to stakeholders while supporting continuous improvement activities. This role supports sales and operations planning to drive strong customer service and plant performance.
Required Qualifications
- 2 Year / Associate Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Excel
