Job Summary
Create and manage detailed daily and weekly production schedules aligned with customer demand and supply plans. Lead weekly scheduling review meetings with cross-functional teams to prioritize orders for maximum efficiency and minimal changeovers. Monitor and resolve MRP exception messages, escalating unresolved issues to stakeholders while maintaining accurate master data and communicating order status updates across departments. This role is critical to driving efficiency, reducing MRP exceptions, and maintaining a smooth product flow through the plant.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, or a related field
- Familiarity with push/pull/flow replenishment models
- APICS CPIM certification or similar credential
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
- SAP
