Production Scheduler, Gas Phase Operations

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that align with demand requirements and site production plans. Sequence manufacturing orders to optimize equipment utilization, labor efficiency, and throughput while continuously monitoring production status to address changing priorities, material constraints, and equipment downtime. Coordinate daily production priorities with manufacturing supervisors and operations leadership, ensuring schedules remain executable based on current capacity, labor, materials, and equipment availability. Maintain detailed understanding of site capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and resource limitations, recommending schedule changes and recovery plans to minimize delivery risk. Partner closely with Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Materials teams to communicate schedule changes, risks, and recovery actions. Track schedule adherence and production execution performance, identifying recurring scheduling issues to drive corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as the primary scheduling contact for manufacturing operations, providing rapid decision support when production priorities must change.
