Job Summary
Production Sanitation responsible for sanitation of Manufacturing and Processing floors, disposal of trash and cardboard during production periods, upkeep of floor conditions, and compliance with GMPs, SOPs, allergen control, and food-safety policies. Duties include completing required paperwork accurately, reporting suspicious packages or activities, and working in conditions involving wet/humid environments, temperature variations, and exposure to fumes or chemicals. Requires physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and visibility tasks; normal noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sanitation or food manufacturing preferred
- Ability to adhere to GMPs and SOPs
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with allergen control programs and food safety policies
