Job Summary
Operations Manager specializing in site management and logistics for large-scale outdoor concerts and music festivals in Scotland. Oversees infrastructure design, procurement, budgeting, safety, and sustainability; coordinates with suppliers, landowners, local authorities, and sponsors to deliver safe, efficient events while optimizing costs and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience as a site manager or complex logistics planner in the temporary live-events sector
- Proven track record delivering safe, sustainable and commercially robust site footprints across concurrent projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and GPS/GIS systems
- CDM Coordinator qualification or equivalent health & safety credentials
- Strong understanding of CDM requirements and local authority standards and submission processes
- Experience managing plant, transport and workforce schedules to tight deadlines
- Exceptional supplier and contractor management including sourcing, negotiation and SLA oversight
- Data-driven approach to site financial analysis, budgeting, tracking and cost-control
- Experience acting as primary interface for internal teams (Technical Production, Health & Safety, Sponsorship, Landowners)
- Proven ability to lead multiple delivery teams concurrently and maintain detailed records, specifications and schedules

Additional Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- On-site role requiring availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
