Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent while ensuring stage and backstage areas remain clean and clutter-free. Assist with show pass and guest list distribution, support the Green Room Server with artist needs, and perform opening, running, and closing side duties per HOB policy. Locate regional restaurants, stores, and attractions, and maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards in this fast-paced, physically demanding environment requiring extended standing and lifting up to 25 lbs. Maintain a properly working automobile with proof of insurance and an exceptional driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have knowledge of touring or stage production operations
- Must have a properly working automobile and provide proof of insurance
- Must have an exceptional driving record
- Ability to work late hours
- Flexible schedule
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual
- Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
- Experience in a live music environment
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional at all times
- Knowledge of region to properly locate restaurants, stores, music stores, area attractions, etc.
- Have knowledge of all music, promotional or special events in the house
