Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent, retrieve and deliver equipment and paperwork, and ensure stage and backstage areas remain clean. Assist with show pass and guest list distribution, support the Production Coordinator with artist needs, and perform opening, running, and closing side duties per company policy. Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor. Requires a properly working automobile with a clean driving record, ability to work late and extended hours, and physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a properly working automobile and provide proof of insurance
- Must have an exceptional driving record with active drivers license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work late and extended hours
- Flexible schedule
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual
- Knowledge of the region to properly locate restaurants, stores, music stores, area attractions, etc.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
- Experience in a live music environment or comparable role
